Our commitment to fast and easy returns. Sundance Sales LP has a 30 day return policy. You can return merchandise purchased at by parcel carrier/mail for refund, as follows:

  • 1. Return by parcel carrier/mail. you may return the merchandise to Sundance Sales LP by parcel carrier/mail at the address below for a refund of the purchase price.

    Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We accept shipments from USPS, UPS, and FedEx and recommend you track your shipment.

  • 2. Sundance Sales LP will refund shipping and other Sundance Sales charges for defective merchandise, merchandise damaged in transit, or errors to your order made by Sundance Sales LP: If merchandise you purchased at Sundance Sales is defective, arrives damaged, or is not the product that you ordered, please contact [email protected] so that you may return the merchandise to Sundance Sales by parcel carrier/mail for a refund, including all shipping costs and any other Sundance Sales charges.
  • 3. Returned merchandise must be resalable: Except if there is a product defect, in-transit product damage, or a valid product performance issue, returned merchandise must be resalable (no visible wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  • 4. Returns without a receipt or packing slip require valid sales verification such as order number.
  • 5. Sundance Sales LP may limit or refuse returns. Sundance Sales LP may take reasonable action to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce this Policy and all other policies, laws, rules, and regulations governing Sundance Sales LP, its customers, and their shopping experience.

You should expect to receive your refund within two- four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
